How do I return my items?

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@fearlessau.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • For apparel, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All stock items are inspected on return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@fearlessau.com

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
